Orders are usually delivered within 3 business days after confirmation.
*Products that require an online consultation will be delivered within 3-5 business days after the consultation.
*Please note that delivery may take longer depending on product availability.
*Deliveries may be delayed due to weather or transportation conditions.
*We do not accept international deliveries.

Returns of purchased items are only accepted if the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
Please contact us by email within 3 days of the product's arrival date (delivery date).
Returns without prior contact cannot be accepted.
The shipping cost for returning an item will be borne by the customer. (If the item is defective, we will bear the shipping cost.)
Any necessary fees, such as bank transfer fees for refunds, will be borne by the customer.

◆We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
If the product has been damaged or soiled by the customer.
If the return is due to customer-side reasons, such as "it's not what I imagined." (Please ask any questions before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.)

◆Regarding defective products
Although we have a thorough inspection system in place, in the unlikely event of a defective product, we will exchange it for a good product based on our inspection standards.
If we do not have stock, we will refund the product price to your designated account.
We will bear the shipping costs incurred during initial defective exchanges.

However, this does not apply in the following cases:
1. Products that have passed 7 days since arrival.
2. Products with scratches or damage due to customer negligence.

If you receive the wrong product, we will pay the shipping cost and exchange it for the product you ordered.

Overseas shipping is 3,300 yen.
